  I was delighted with the service, professionalism and care given me in the selling of my property by Natalie at the Real Estate Shop. She actually sold my property within a very short time whilst I was overseas, keeping me fully informed via email. The whole process was stress free and speedy. I chose the company because of the ethical stance they take regarding the buyer/seller relationship, aiming for win win in all transactions. I highly recommend them and their caring staff.

  It was time to sell our Torrens family home of 40+ years. I had never sold a property before, so did a lot of research before committing to an agent. The Real Estate Shop in Mawson, is an independent business with a different ethos to other agencies I'd researched. I connected to Jeremy Redgrove's philosophy and felt comfortable with him selling our house through private sale rather than auction. Jeremy is a calm, cool and confident operator, who put in the hard yards for my family: nothing was too much trouble and he (or one of his super-friendly team), was always available to answer our questions or allay our concerns.

  From making our house ‘market ready’ to ‘sold’ took about six weeks. In my ‘novice seller’ opinion, the whole process was incredibly quick and easy, while we were more than happy with the sale price that Jeremy negotiated. If you are looking for a professional outfit to sell your property, I'd thoroughly recommend The Real Estate Shop.

  We recently sold our house with the assistance of Natalie at The Real Estate Shop, and cannot find fault with any part of our experience. Their sales methodology is a nice change from the bigger chains who seem to prefer auctions. Natalie was upfront and helpful throughout the process, including tips prior to going on the market and keeping us updated (including calling us while we were overseas) during the sales process. She sold our house quickly and at a price we were more than happy with. Whilst their commission is on the high side it is worth every cent, we highly recommend The Real Estate Shop and would not hesitate to use them again.

  Highly recommend The Real Estate Shop to anyone looking to sell their home. I thought the selling process was going to be stressful, but it definitely wasn't with the team, they kept me updated with honest feedback everyday and after every personal inspection with prospective buyers. I was presented many offers, I accepted a great offer, much higher than the listed price and within 6 days of going on the market. Definitely recommended!!!
