    They refused to give me any information, instead told me to call customer service. 40 minutes on the phone later, nobody will take me off hold.

    I re-enter the 7-eleven and tell them I would like the store/branch managers details or head office. They persist to tell me that its 'nobodys' fault and essentially, I should live with the damage.

    I am extremely angry. The staff said that "whats the point in checking the cameras". Why? Because they tried to insinuate that I had caused it to fall.

    I pay for the fuel and tell them the pump fell and go back to thr car for a closer look, which is when I see the damage.

    I didn't touch, bump or move the nozzle. It was the staffs responsiblity to ensure it was properly engaged to not fall down.

    Today I took my car to fill up. Filling with 98 right as the tank fills, the e10 nozzle falls from the bowzer and hits my $60000, 6 month old car causing 4 paint chips down to the undercoat.
